A project appears in Payments when it reaches the delivered status and is still waiting for money. That includes direct project payments and projects that later become part of an invoice batch.

The project stays visible in the Payments tab even after invoicing, because the invoice is now a relation around the project rather than a replacement for it.

The selected delivered projects are linked to one saved invoice and remain in delivered status until the invoice is paid.

The invoice is treated as already ready to send, so there is no separate operational “mark as sent” step in the main workflow.

Yes. Directly paid projects can be moved back to delivered, and paid invoices can be reopened so their linked projects return to the delivered flow.

When a single project inside an invoice batch needs special treatment, the system will ask whether you want to pay the whole invoice or only that one project.

The Clients page is intentionally focused on client identity, contact methods, country, tags, and quick navigation. Payment-heavy operational information now lives where it is used most: Payments and the specific client page.

You can select multiple tags, and the selected tags stay visible below the selector so they can be removed quickly with one click.

The current filter uses an AND match, which means a client must contain all selected tags to remain visible.

Project file uploads are available as a beta feature. They can be toggled from the admin feature configuration while we keep refining the flow.

The storage pipeline is prepared for Cloudflare R2/object storage, which is the direction for the next release phase.

When editing project time, the existing running total is rounded to the nearest minute before the added time is applied. That keeps the edited result clean and consistent with the hh:mm input.
